Amman's personality shines through its hillside houses, which deeply inspire my artwork. The built form becomes the most important element in my work, as a witness to the history of its inhabitants and their adaptations over time. The hilly landscape creates visually stimulating patterns with terraced houses, stairways, gardens, and trees, offering exciting spatial experiences. The sandy color palette of the built forms unifies the scenery making it a perfect canvas to reflect the changing light throughout the day and across the seasons. In this collection, I express this captivating image through various artistic approaches, from more detailed representations to more abstract forms, using different media, textures, and colors to explore endless possibilities and convey the beauty of Amman's architecture.
